Now the buggy has fuel it needs power. Running a Subaru Engine using the Factory Subaru ECU means it will run like a Subaru but we need to make a custom loom.
The loom uses a custom Fue block setup that tucks in just below the windscreen to allow easy access should you need to change a fuse or relay.
The Loom is build on a table and tested with the Subaru ECU.
Where required we use waterproof connectors to allow easy removal or stuff. One such area is the hood and head lights. We wire in a connector to make it simple to remove with a clip.
The Factory Subaru ECU, in this case from a 2002 Forester is tested, modified and installed.
We fit them into a custom sealed box which is fitted under the rear of the body
Once everything is in we add fuses and relays and do a test run
